Order Placement

  • Budget PC Builder reserves the right to verify identity of person who places the order and who's credit card is being charged

  • Budget PC Builder further reserves the right to cancel an order if appropriate form of identification is not presented upon being asked.

Refund/Cancellation/Return Policy RED CLEARANCE:

  • Red clearance items are sold at a heavy discount, thus full warranties are waived!

    • no warranty nor support for any pc purchased under the red clearance tag

    • after 30 days, no returns for any reason

  • 30 days to return the pc for any reason from the point of delivery

  • Limited 90 day warranty on GPU and RAM only - same shipping setup as normal warranty (cost to return on buyer, cost to send on Budget PC Builder)

Refund/Cancellation/Return Policy (New Pre-builts):

  • Cancellation and full refunds are allowed without penalty so long as the item has not shipped.

  • Once an item has shipped, the customer may request a refund and return the item that has been shipped.

    • Budget PC Builder will provide a return shipping label - typically UPS Ground​

    • a 10% restocking fee may be applied against refund

    • additional fees may be credited against the refund in the event we determine additional damage was done to the pc due to poor packaging by the customer.

      • not all damage via shipping will result in customer charges; in the even the blame lies wholly on shipping company we will not deduct for any damages and instead file claim with appropriate vendor​

Refund/Cancellation/Return Policy (New Customs):

  • Cancellation and full refunds are allowed without penalty so long as the item has not shipped AND

    • no custom parts have been order per the clients request​

    • in the event a custom part was order for the client, refund will be full amount less ordered item's charge​

  • Once an item has shipped, the customer may request a refund and return the item that has been shipped.

    • Customer will pay return shipping ​

    • a 10% restocking fee will be applied against refund amount

    • in the event a custom part was order for the client, refund will be full amount less restocking fee, less ordered item's charge

Refund/Cancellation/Return Policy (Refurbished Units):

  • Units that are refurbished will always be clearly labeled as such

  • Cancellation and full refunds are allowed without penalty so long as the item has not shipped

  • Once an item has shipped, the customer may request a refund and return the item that has been shipped.

    • Customer will pay return shipping ​UNLESS return is due to part failure

    • a 10% restocking fee will be applied against refund amount UNLESS return is due to part failure

  • A limited 30 day warranty applies to computers labeled as refurbished 

    • if product fails within 30 days and the issue cannot be resolved with support Budget PC Builder will send a prepaid shipping label to customer​

    • Customer must pack PC appropriately to avoid any damage charges to parts that had not failed prior customer shipping back the PC

      • We reserve the right to charge for parts at the "used market value" (i.e. readily available on Ebay) in the event the customer was negligent with packing of PC and more parts were damaged.​

Shipping

  • Budget PC Builder does not charge additional fees for shipping from our location to the customer

  • Custom PC's are shipped per the terms of the quote provided

  • Pre-built PC's are shipped a maximum of two days after order is submitted via the website

Warranty -New Computers (Both Custom and Prebuilt) DOES NOT APPLY TO REFURBISHED, RED CLEARANCE, OR LAPTOPS

  • 2 year warranties from ship date for all computers shipped (pre-built and custom)

    • Computer must be in same condition (i.e. same parts used) in initial build​

    • Using different parts / configuring the pc on your own without Budget PC Builder's knowledge may result in voided warranty 

  • If customer elects for us to work on PC as part of the warranty, they must pay return shipping to get it to us

    • Failure to appropriately pack computer for shipping may void warranty on broken parts during shipping​

    • Budget PC Builder will perform repair labor upon receipt and ship back to customer at no further cost to customer

  • If customer elects to fix computer themselves, they will be sent appropriate replacement part.

    • Upon receipt of the replacement, customer must ship back broken part, paying return shipping​

    • Failure to return appropriate product may void remaining warranty for entire pc as this constitutes as theft

  • If customer elects to have a 3rd party professional fix, we will provide broken part(s) replacements if they are unable to submit an RMA. However labor performed by 3rd party is not covered by us.

    • Parts not submitted back via RMA with manufacturer must be returned to us, shipping to be paid by customer​

    • Failure to return appropriate product may void remaining warranty
